Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in CRM software and other administrative tools.
  • High level of organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
