Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and other design software
• Work closely with our design team to ensure that all visual elements are consistent with our clients' brand guidelines
• Retouch and manipulate images to achieve the desired look and feel
• Apply creative treatments, such as texture, color, and lighting effects, to enhance images
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas
• Ensure that all images are optimized for web and print use
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Work with our project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Communicate effectively with our team and clients to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing and enhancement
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with design principles and brand guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Portfolio that showcases your editing and enhancement skills
• Certification in graphic design or a related field (optional)
