Key Responsibilities

• Editing and enhancing images for various marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and print materials
• Ensuring all visual elements are cohesive and align with our clients' brand identities
• Collaborating with our design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas
• Meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work, while also managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, to edit and enhance images
• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of current design trends and technologies
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members on image editing techniques and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in image editing software and technologies
• Collaborating with our project management team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to enhance productivity and quality
• Identifying and resolving technical issues with image editing software and equipment
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in image editing, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing editing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, with expertise in image editing and manipulation
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience with other image editing software, such as Lightroom and Illustrator, is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Certificate in graphic design or a related field is an asset
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and style sheets, with the ability to ensure consistency across all visual elements
