Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content to ensure it meets our clients' quality and integrity standards
• Analyze and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in online content
• Collaborate with our content creation team to develop and implement content guidelines and best practices
• Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, target audiences, and marketing objectives
• Work closely with our social media team to ensure seamless content integration across all social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content moderation and digital marketing
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on content ideas and concepts
• Conduct research and provide insights on competitor content and industry trends
• Maintain accurate records and reports on content moderation activities and results
• Provide training and support to junior team members on content moderation best practices
• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective content moderation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content moderation or a related field
