Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including identifying and allocating resources, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
• Communicate project status, plans, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed to the required specifications.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze project data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their project management skills and knowledge.
• Participate in project governance and assurance activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Asana, Trello, MS Project, and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines to manage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is an asset.
