Senior UI/UX Designer & Product Experience Specialist for Web and Mobile Platforms

Nov 7, 2025 - Senior

$3,800.00 Fixed

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead the complete design lifecycle of a modern digital product—from deep user research and persona creation to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visual design, and interactive user testing. This role requires expertise in creating scalable design systems, intuitive user flows, accessible interfaces, and seamless multi-platform experiences across mobile apps, web dashboards, and responsive layouts.

The ideal candidate must understand the psychology behind user behavior, how users interact with digital interfaces, and how design decisions directly impact engagement, conversions, retention, and overall product success. You will be responsible for conducting heuristic evaluations, user interviews, competitive analysis, information architecture mapping, journey flow optimization, and identifying pain points through qualitative and quantitative research.

Your responsibilities include designing low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, building clickable prototypes, defining product navigation, crafting modular and reusable components, and developing a robust design system with consistent colors, typography, spacings, grids, shadows, iconography, and interaction patterns. You must follow modern design standards such as Material Design 3, Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), Fluent Design, or Tailwind UI best practices.

You will create pixel-perfect UI for complex interfaces such as dashboards, analytics panels, onboarding flows, role-based interfaces, e-commerce experiences, dynamic feeds, messaging modules, forms with validation, and settings pages. You must solve deep UX problems such as reducing friction, improving discoverability, minimizing cognitive load, and ensuring accessibility for all user types.

Advanced UX responsibilities include designing user journeys, storyboards, task flows, sitemaps, decision trees, F-shaped/Z-shaped reading layouts, and interaction patterns for web, Android, iOS, and tablet-based designs. You will also conduct usability testing sessions, remote user testing, A/B design experiments, prototype validations, heatmap analysis, and iterative redesign based on real user behavior using tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or session replay analytics.

You must work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, QA teams, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility, maintain clean developer handoff, and provide full asset exports (SVG, PNG, Lottie, icons, illustrations). You should also write detailed component specs, spacing rules, interaction behaviors, hover states, micro-animations, transitions, and motion guidelines.

Experience with enterprise designs, SaaS applications, CRMs, admin panels, fintech interfaces, e-commerce experiences, or mobile app ecosystems will be considered a strong advantage. You must provide a portfolio showcasing complex projects, design systems, case studies, and detailed reasoning behind your UX decisions.

Candidates will be expected to maintain consistent design quality, contribute fresh creative ideas, analyze product KPIs, monitor UX performance metrics, and continuously recommend strategic improvements for long-term scalability and user satisfaction.
