Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
