Key Responsibilities

• Edit video footage to create high-quality, engaging content that meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations.
• Collaborate with our team of writers, producers, and designers to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video projects.
• Work closely with our producers to ensure that all video projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and post-production.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, products, and services, and ensure that all video content is aligned with their marketing strategies and goals.
• Create motion graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance the visual appeal of our videos.
• Color correct and grade footage to achieve a consistent look and feel across all video projects.
• Design and implement sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create an immersive audio experience.
• Test and quality-check all video content to ensure that it meets our high standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our video editing software and hardware, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Avid Media Composer.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new video projects and campaigns.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all video content is accurate, consistent, and engaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, with a focus on corporate video, social media, and digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience with motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with writers, producers, and designers.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
• A degree in film, video production, or a related field.
• Certifications in video editing software, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Avid Certified User (ACU).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
