Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to identify job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the industry to attract top talent and stay informed about market developments
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring that all recruitment activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse range of candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant regulations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the HR team on talent acquisition and management best practices
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's talent management strategy and contribute to its development and implementation
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective employee retention strategies

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, with a strong track record of attracting and retaining top talent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations, with the ability to ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant
  • Experience of working with recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage recruitment budgets and ensure that all recruitment activities deliver a strong return on investment
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with the HR team and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives
