About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is building a next‑generation deployment platform called "PulseForge" to accelerate release cycles. As an NLP Engineer you will embed language models into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring automated testing, validation, and versioning of conversational assets. This sprint focuses on platform automation to cut release time by 40%.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate a BERT‑based validation step into GitHub Actions for intent‑accuracy checks.
• Develop Terraform modules that provision GPU‑enabled inference endpoints for model serving.
• Automate data‑drift monitoring using Airflow DAGs that trigger retraining jobs.
• Write custom Python CLI tools to package and publish NLP artifacts to the internal artifact registry.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed model performance benchmarks into Jenkins pipelines.
• Document the end‑to‑end CI/CD workflow in Confluence, including rollback procedures.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Python NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps concepts: model versioning, monitoring, and automated testing.
• Strong scripting ability in Bash or PowerShell for pipeline automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with data‑flow tools like Apache Airflow.
