Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images to achieve a high level of polish and refinement, ensuring that every detail is perfected and every image tells a compelling story.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and copywriters to conceptualize and develop visual content that meets our high standards of quality and excellence.
• Work closely with our team of skilled designers and artists to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices, and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Photoshop to retouch and enhance images, and to develop and implement new techniques and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand identity and visual style, and ensure that all images are consistent with our brand guidelines and standards.
• Conduct research and stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in photo retouching, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual content and stay ahead of the competition.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines, and to deliver high-quality images that meet our clients' expectations and exceed their expectations whenever possible.

• Develop and implement new techniques and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity, and that enable us to deliver high-quality images more quickly and cost-effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, and experience with other design and image editing tools and technologies.
