Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive online research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, utilizing tools such as Google Trends, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Analyze collected data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Prepare and present detailed research reports to the marketing team and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop content that resonates with target audiences, based on research findings and market insights.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record and manage research data in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, including new tools, technologies, and methodologies, to continuously improve research capabilities and contribute to team knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing their research needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share research insights and ideas, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello or Asana to organize tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery of research projects.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in market research, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research projects.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases, including Google Analytics, social media listening tools, and market research platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying research findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to maintain accurate records and databases, and ensure the quality of research outputs.
