Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, including comments, posts, and messages
  • Develop and implement content guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms
  • Collaborate with social media managers, content writers, and designers to integrate moderated content into clients' marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze online trends, sentiments, and engagement metrics to inform content moderation decisions
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns to the social media management team
  • Contribute to the development of social media strategies and content calendars
  • Assist in the creation of engaging online content, including blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials
  • Provide feedback and insights to the content team on content performance and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Participate in team meetings and contributes to the development of content moderation processes and protocols
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging content
  • Ensure that all content meets our clients' brand standards and aligns with their overall marketing strategy
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products, services, and target audiences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their online communities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully moderating online content and managing online communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and high-quality content
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
