Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage online content across various platforms, including social media and websites, to ensure it meets clients' standards and guidelines.
- Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content that may compromise our clients' online presence.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure that all content meets the required standards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands and their online presence.
- Provide guidance and support to the content creation team on content-related matters.
- Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze and provide insights on content performance to help optimize our clients' online presence.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and social media platforms to ensure that our content moderation services remain effective.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of content moderation activities.
- Ensure that all content moderation activities are carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content moderation or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
