Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intuitive and engaging user experiences for our mobile applications, focusing on simplicity, elegance, and usability.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision and ideas to the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet the business goals and technical requirements of our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design and mobile application development.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to help maintain a high level of quality and consistency across our products.
• Develop and maintain our design systems, ensuring that they are scalable, flexible, and easy to use.
• Work closely with our product managers to define product requirements and develop product roadmaps.
• Create design specifications and guidelines to help the development team implement designs accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile application development.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of mobile-first design principles, human-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
