Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all our mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and applications, using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements and develop product roadmaps.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design concepts are correctly implemented.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve the user experience of our applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application design, applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and receiving feedback on your own work.
• Develop and maintain our design guidelines and best practices, ensuring they align with industry standards and evolving design principles.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the improvement of our design tools, workflows, and processes, suggesting enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
• Ensure that all design solutions are accessible, meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and relevant platform accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a focus on UX Design.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing mobile applications, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to design challenges.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with usability testing and analysis tools, using data to inform design decisions.
