In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including containerization, orchestration, and monitoring tools, and develop expertise in areas such as continuous integration and delivery, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based infrastructure architectures to support software applications and ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Develop and implement automated testing and deployment scripts to ensure high-quality software releases and minimize downtime.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools to identify and troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and improve overall reliability.
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to design and implement automated workflows, utilizing tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations in the event of an outage or disaster.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical systems and applications.
• Analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing configurations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong focus on software development and cloud computing.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based infrastructure architectures.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, and NodeJS, with experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, and monitoring tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery principles, with experience in utilizing tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CircleCI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring operational excellence.
• Certifications in DevOps, cloud computing, or related areas, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement.
