Key Responsibilities
- Complete forms and documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that all forms and documents are completed accurately and efficiently
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Utilize software applications and systems to complete forms and documents, including Microsoft Office and other proprietary software
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all forms and documents, including dates, times, and outcomes
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering information into databases and spreadsheets
- Provide support and assistance to the customer service team, as needed
- Participate in training and development programs, as required, to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Develop and implement process improvements, as needed, to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures, as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
