Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into Excel databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in an office environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Certification in data entry or a related field an asset.
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
