Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on various topics related to education and learning, using a range of sources, including academic journals, books, and online resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of educational resources, including articles, research papers, and educational materials.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to create high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
• Assist in the development of research proposals, reports, and presentations, and contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for publication.
• Analyze and interpret complex data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide support for the development of online courses and educational programs, including researching and recommending resources and materials.
• Assist in the maintenance of the company's website and social media platforms, including creating and posting content, and responding to comments and inquiries.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and press releases.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the discussion and development of new ideas and projects.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to provide support and resources as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including researchers, educators, and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Research, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in research, education, or a related field.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis software, including SPSS or R.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
