Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard software, including Photoshop and Lightroom, to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with our team of creatives, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to conceptualize and develop visually stunning campaigns.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their photography needs are met.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in photo editing, attending workshops, seminars, and online courses as needed.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand aesthetic and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, contributing ideas and insights to help drive our creative vision forward.
• Liaise with external partners and suppliers, including photographers, models, and stylists, to coordinate photo shoots and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure all edited photographs are optimized for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Conduct quality control checks on all edited photographs, ensuring they meet our high standards and are error-free.
• Maintain accurate records of all project files, including before-and-after comparisons, to track progress and provide reference points for future projects.
• Collaborate with our production team to develop and implement efficient workflows, streamlining our photo editing process and improving productivity.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of stock photographs, ensuring we have access to a wide range of high-quality images for use in our projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other industry-standard photo editing software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, composition, and overall visual appeal.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Experience with digital asset management systems, including organizing, categorizing, and retrieving digital files.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual identity, with the ability to maintain consistency across all projects.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
