Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
  • Manage data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle customer inquiries, responding to emails and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ordering materials as needed
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including special projects and assignments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a virtual setting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy and precision in work
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
  • Certification in administration or related field preferred, but not required
