LinkedIn Ghostwriter for Fintech CEO (Thought Leadership)

Dec 18, 2025 - Expert

$2,000.00 Fixed

We are a fast-growing financial technology company looking to build a strong personal brand for our CEO on LinkedIn. He has 20 years of experience in Wall Street and Silicon Valley but lacks the time to consistently write high-quality content. We are seeking a LinkedIn Ghostwriter who can capture his unique voice—authoritative, insightful, yet accessible—and translate his thoughts into viral-worthy posts.

You will not just be writing generic "motivational quotes." You will be interviewing the CEO once a week to extract stories, industry insights, and contrarian views on the future of banking. You need to turn these raw notes into a mix of long-form thought leadership articles, short punchy text posts, and carousel slides. You must understand the nuances of the LinkedIn algorithm (hooks, formatting, engagement strategies).

The ideal candidate has a portfolio of ghostwritten content in the B2B or finance space. You must be able to write about complex topics like "DeFi," "Embedded Finance," and "Regulatory Compliance" without sounding like a textbook. We want content that sparks debate and drives inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a weekly 30-minute interview with the CEO to gather ideas and stories.

Write and schedule 4-5 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week (Text, Image, Carousel).

optimizing the "Hook" (first 2 lines) of every post to maximize "See More" clicks.

Engage with comments on the CEO's posts for 15 minutes after publishing to boost reach.

Analyze weekly analytics to determine which topics are resonating with the audience.

repurpose successful posts into a monthly newsletter.
