Senior Freelance Project Manager (Remote – Client-Facing)

We are a growing digital marketing and web development agency serving coaches, SaaS companies, and e-commerce brands (average client budget $10k–$50k per project).

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Project Manager to own 8–15 concurrent client projects, act as the main point of contact, manage timelines, coordinate freelancers, and ensure every deliverable is on brief, on time, and exceeds client expectations.

This is a client-facing role – you will run calls, send updates, and build real relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage 8–15 active client projects (websites, funnels, branding, ads, etc.)

Create and maintain detailed project plans (ClickUp/Asana)

Run weekly client update calls (Zoom) and send professional recap emails

Coordinate internal team (designers, developers, copywriters)

Scope new projects and write clear statements of work

Handle revisions, feedback loops, and scope creep professionally

Quality-check all deliverables before client sees them

Track budgets, timelines, and profitability per project

Proactive risk management and problem-solving

Required Skills

3+ years project management experience (agency preferred)

Fluent professional English (written + spoken – client calls are mandatory)

Expert in ClickUp or Asana (we’ll choose based on you)

Excellent client communication and expectation management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US Eastern/Pacific)

Experience in digital marketing/web design agency

Familiar with tools: Figma, Slack, Loom, Google Workspace, Webflow/WordPress

PMP, Scrum, or similar certification

Typical Weekly Commitment

25–35 hours per week (flexible, but consistent availability required)

Working Schedule

Flexible, but must be available for client calls (usually US mornings or afternoons).

Payment Structure

Standard – $1,500/month (25 hrs/week, 8–10 projects)

Senior – $2,000/month (30 hrs/week, 12–15 projects + scoping calls)

Lead – $2,500/month (35 hrs/week, full client onboarding + team training)

Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
