Vue.js Frontend Developer for Mission-Critical E-commerce Platform

About the role

LumenWorks is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a Vue.js Frontend Developer to shape the user experience from day one. You will work with a remote‑first team, turning design concepts into interactive, high‑performance web interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement reusable Vue components for a new dashboard
• Integrate RESTful APIs and real‑time services using Vuex and Composition API
• Optimize load times and accessibility across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with product, UX, and backend engineers in agile sprints
• Write unit and end‑to‑end tests to ensure code quality

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (2.x & 3.x) and modern JavaScript
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors)
• Understanding of state management (Vuex/Pinia) and API consumption
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable code in a remote team

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Knowledge of performance profiling and SEO best practices
