Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality design concepts, presentations, and final design files for a wide range of projects, including logos, brochures, social media assets, and websites.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning and cohesive designs that align with our clients' brand identities.
• Design and develop visual elements, such as icons, graphics, and illustrations, to enhance the visual appeal of our designs.
• Work closely with our creative director to conceive and develop innovative design concepts that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control, ensuring that all design files are accurate, complete, and meet our quality standards.
• Collaborate with our copywriters to develop compelling narratives and craft engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.
• Design and develop email marketing campaigns, social media assets, and other digital content to support our clients' marketing efforts.
• Assist in the development of our design language, ensuring consistency across all design elements and Touchpoints.
• Contribute to the creation of design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure compliance with our design standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or design studio environment.
• Extensive knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with design trends, technologies, and tools, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is a plus.
