Shopify Expert for E-Commerce Store Setup & Customization

We're launching a premium fashion e-commerce brand selling sustainable clothing and accessories. We need a Shopify Expert to build our online store from scratch, including theme customization, product catalog setup, payment gateway integration, and mobile optimization. The store should reflect our brand's modern, eco-friendly aesthetic while providing a seamless shopping experience that converts visitors into customers.

You'll work with our provided brand assets (logo, color palette, product photos) and collaborate with our marketing team to ensure the store is optimized for conversions and search engines. We need someone who understands both the technical side of Shopify and the importance of user experience in e-commerce. The project includes setting up approximately 50-80 products across multiple collections, configuring shipping zones, integrating payment methods, and ensuring the store is fully functional before launch.

This is a fixed-price project with a 3-4 week timeline. We're looking for a Shopify expert with proven experience launching successful e-commerce stores, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make design recommendations that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Post-launch support for 2 weeks is included to address any bugs or minor adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

Set up complete Shopify store from scratch with domain configuration

Customize premium Shopify theme to match brand guidelines

Upload and organize 50-80 products with descriptions, pricing, and variants

Configure collections, filters, and navigation menus

Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay)

Set up shipping zones, rates, and tax calculations

Install and configure essential Shopify apps (reviews, email capture, analytics)

Optimize site for mobile responsiveness and page speed

Implement basic SEO (meta tags, alt text, URLs, sitemap)

Create essential pages (About, Contact, Shipping Policy, Returns)

Test checkout process and ensure all functionality works

Provide 2 weeks post-launch support for bug fixes
