About the role

Harbor Softworks is expanding a B2B SaaS platform with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration that will power isolated tenant environments while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts.
• Containerize legacy services and ensure seamless integration with existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement network policies, resource quotas, and security best practices for tenant isolation.
• Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and automate scaling.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to align infrastructure with feature timelines.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Deep knowledge of Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with multi‑tenant architecture and namespace isolation.
• Proficiency in Linux, networking, and cloud provider services (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Background in Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code.
• Exposure to observability stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.
