About the role
Summit Digital is launching a greenfield SaaS platform called "PulseHub" aimed at remote‑first teams. We need a React Native Developer to build the core mobile experience from scratch, delivering a polished, cross‑platform client that aligns with our fast‑moving product roadmap.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement the initial PulseHub mobile codebase using React Native 0.73, TypeScript, and Expo.
- Integrate secure OAuth2 authentication with our backend APIs via Axios.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for automated builds and OTA updates.
- Implement real‑time data sync using WebSockets and Redux Toolkit.
- Write unit and integration tests with Jest and React Native Testing Library to achieve 80% coverage before the first beta release.
Must-have skills
- 3+ years of professional React Native development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and native module linking.
- Experience publishing apps to both Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and state management.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
- Background in performance profiling and optimization for low‑end devices.
