Key Responsibilities
- Research and gather product information from various sources to create high-quality, engaging product descriptions.
- Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and product titles to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs, including product pricing, images, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing product images and videos that showcase products in the best possible light.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that product listings are accurate, complete, and meet the needs of our clients' customers.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product listings for better performance.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce to manage product listings and catalogs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve product listings and sales performance.
- Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive engagement and conversions on product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct competitor research to identify gaps in the market and opportunities to improve product listings and sales performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction, and adjust product listings accordingly.
- Ensure that all product listings comply with our clients' brand guidelines and e-commerce platform requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of product listings, sales performance, and customer feedback to inform future product listing optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
- Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
