Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile UX design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and QA, to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
• Design and implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different design iterations and inform future design decisions.
• Lead design workshops and contribute to the development of our design system, advocating for a user-centered approach across the organization.
• Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all our mobile applications.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to fellow designers.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our design practices.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and design timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders, presenting design concepts, plans, and results in a clear, compelling manner.
• Work with the development team to ensure design integrity during the implementation phase, providing design support and guidance as needed.
• Contribute to the development of our company's overall UX strategy, aligning design initiatives with business objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a portfolio that showcases strong UX design skills and experience with mobile applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a mobile-focused role, with a deep understanding of mobile-specific design patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as they emerge.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction, with the ability to apply these principles in real-world design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with design systems and the ability to contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal design standards.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and the ability to communicate effectively with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Certification in UX design or a related field is an advantage, as is experience with A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
