Lead User Experience & Interface Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead User Experience & Interface Architect to join our team. As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet our business goals and exceed our customers' expectations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure that our products are consistent with our brand and meet the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our design language system and ensure consistency across all our products


• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions


• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise


• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices


• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
