Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, selection, and employee engagement
  • Conduct HR audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job descriptions, advertisements, and interviews
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
  • Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations, and advise clients on compliance issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and equal opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience of managing and coordinating recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience of developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Strong coaching and guidance skills, with the ability to support managers and employees on HR-related issues
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner
  • Experience of developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to manage and control HR budgets
