Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and social media graphics, that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands, including their values, mission, and target audience.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet our clients' needs.
• Create innovative designs that capture the essence of our clients' brands and drive business results.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, to create high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our design solutions.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and to deliver design solutions that meet their requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in graphic design, logo design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new design concepts and ideas.
• Provide design support and guidance to our junior designers and interns to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in graphic design, logo design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, with the ability to create high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that our design solutions meet the required quality standards.
