Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently complete various forms and documents for clients, including data entry and administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all forms and documents
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and needs
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Utilize software applications and systems to complete tasks and achieve goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education an asset
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as data entry or administration
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete complex forms and documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
