Key Responsibilities

  • Format documents to meet our style guidelines, including manuscripts, reports, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure that all documents meet our high standards of quality
  • Ensure that all documents are error-free and visually appealing, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Work on a wide range of projects, including fiction and non-fiction books, marketing materials, and educational resources

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our formatting processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in document formatting, publishing, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with writers, editors, and designers
