Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance digital images using Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software
• Work closely with art directors, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Perform color correction, noise reduction, and image sharpening to ensure optimal image quality
• Remove blemishes, scratches, and other imperfections from images using cloning, healing, and patching techniques
• Apply creative effects, such as texture, gradients, and vignettes, to enhance image mood and atmosphere
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain visual brand guidelines and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing trends, techniques, and software updates
• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on image concepts and treatments
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all files are properly labeled and archived
• Perform quality control checks on all images before submission to clients
• Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote team growth and development
• Contribute to the development of new business pitches and proposals, providing photo editing expertise and creative input
• Stay abreast of industry developments, attending workshops, conferences, and online courses to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo retouching and editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair
• Strong technical skills in photo editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant tools
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and quality control
• Experience working with a range of image file formats, including RAW, JPEG, and TIFF
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual identity systems, with the ability to apply these to photo editing work
• Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, with experience using DAM systems
• Certification in Adobe Photoshop or other relevant photo editing software
