I’m a small business owner running an online handmade crafts store. I’m looking for a reliable Social Media Manager to help grow my brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands basic analytics, and can manage a consistent posting schedule.


This position is ideal for freelancers who want steady, ongoing work with a friendly entrepreneur. You don’t need years of experience — just creativity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.


3. Responsibilities

Create and schedule 3–4 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.


Write short, engaging captions tailored to each platform.


Research trending hashtags and optimize reach.


Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.


Monitor comments and messages, respond politely, and flag important inquiries.


Track post performance and provide monthly insights.


Suggest new content ideas (stories, reels, seasonal campaigns).


Collaborate with me to align posts with product launches.


Maintain a content calendar.


Ensure brand consistency in tone and visuals.


4. Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.


Strong written English (grammar + clarity).


Canva or similar design tool proficiency.


Time management and consistency.


Basic understanding of social media engagement.


Ability to follow brand guidelines.
