We're a digital marketing agency running lead generation campaigns for B2B clients, and we need a talented Landing Page Designer to create high-converting pages that turn paid traffic into qualified leads. You'll design 5 landing pages for different client campaigns, each optimized for conversions with compelling headlines, benefit-focused copy layout, trust indicators, clear CTAs, and mobile-responsive designs that load fast and look professional. These aren't just pretty pages—they need to sell.
Your designs will be built in Unbounce or similar landing page builders, following conversion rate optimization best practices like above-the-fold CTAs, social proof placement, form optimization, and strategic use of white space. You'll create 2-3 design variations for each page so we can A/B test different approaches. We'll provide the copy, brand guidelines, and target audience information—you'll bring the visual strategy that maximizes conversions. Experience with lead generation pages and understanding of persuasive design psychology is essential.
This is a 3-4 week project with potential for ongoing work as we launch new campaigns monthly. We're looking for a designer who understands that landing page design is about psychology and conversion, not just aesthetics. Your portfolio should showcase landing pages with proven conversion rates or clear conversion-focused design decisions.
