Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitor research across industries
Collect, organize, and summarize insights into easy-to-read reports

Research customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences
Create SWOT analysis and opportunity assessments
Perform online research for new vendors, tools, and platforms
Identify potential leads and build targeted lists
Conduct survey-based or interview-based data collection
✅ Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Respond to emails, messages, and customer inquiries
Prepare documentation, presentations, and spreadsheets
Handle data entry with accuracy and consistency
Maintain databases and CRM entries
Organize digital files, documents, and folders
Coordinate with teams and external partners
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Assist in social media coordination (optional)
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Market Researcher
Strong internet research and data mining skills
